Return Policy

Returns are accepted for 5A bags if there is a clear defect or mistake in the production of the bag. You must make me aware of any issues within 3 days of delivery. The return must be shipped back within 10 days of delivery & the bag must be in brand new condition.

There are no refunds on any customized items, 3A items, shoes, clothing, accessories, accidental purchases or change of mind. These can be re-sold & a credit issued towards your next purchase. I will facilitate all re-sale posts & payments.

You will be responsible for paying shipping for any authorized returns (outside of major defects) within the return policy. This should go without saying, but there are no returns or refunds for normal wear & tear or misuse of your items such as scuffs, scratches, etc. I strive to provide excellent customer service to all my customers, but I reserve the right to accept or deny returns on a case by case basis.
