I guarantee the delivery and quality of all my products to be free of any major defects. If replacement parts are needed for any 5A bags or there is a defect outside of normal wear & tear, we will cover it. For 4A or 3A items, we cover any major defects that would deem the item unusable for 30 days after delivery. If an item is not delivered or in transit & active, a refund can be provided 60 days after the order date if a reshipment is not already in transit.
We will determine the best size for you for shoes based on your standard USA size. The sizing with dupes does not correlate to the real thing. Should your shoes not fit, I can list them for resale & a replacement pair can be reordered for a deposit around 50-70% of the purchase price until sold.
